Taylor Joyce Agency are thrilled to be positioned in house with Buckinghamshire based stage school Spotlight MTS.
Spotlight MTS was founded in 2012 by Jessica Cox and Melissa Mann.
Their ethos is to motivate and inspire their pupils, while supporting them to reach their full potential.

Who do we represent?
We currently offer sole acting representation to children and young people from 4 - 18 only.
Sole representation means that we exclusively represent you and agree to be your only agency listed on Spotlight. We are however open to discussion regarding a separate stills and voiceover agent.
What is the cost?
There is no cost for representation, however an industry standard headshot and Spotlight Membership is a requirement. The current annual membership is £129 for young performers and £189 for over 18’s for 12 months membership and is paid directly to Spotlight directly.
Will my child need to miss school?
It is the case that many jobs will involve missing school. This is all made official through a Child Performance licence applied for via production through your local LEA. International licences are applied through the magistrates court your behalf. Legally production are required to supply a tutor if necessary. Most first round casting are in the form of self tapes, recalls though will take place, usually in central London and whilst best efforts are made for them to be after school, travel times my sometime require you to leave early. An open, honest working relationship with your school helps with this.
What is expected of parents?
Before applying for representation we recommend discussing if this path is achievable for you as a family, taking into account how flexible your workplace is. Last minute castings and booked jobs will require parental chaperoning. Please consider if your workplace can be flexible regarding opportunities.
